At Melissea, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible purchase, we will assist with a return or exchange under the terms below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible defective and non-defective products within 14 days after delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • New, unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Proof of purchase is required. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges are accepted subject to stock availability. Contact us before returning an item if you want a different size or color.

Return Method

Returns must be sent by mail. Email info@melissea.shop before shipping anything to obtain authorization, instructions, and the correct return address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted or may experience delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item is verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt because we cannot guarantee receipt of an untracked return.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 3 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Restocking Fees

No restocking fee is charged for an eligible return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the request and provide an appropriate solution.
